Who We Are
Edinburgh Executive Solutions is a consultancy firm specialising in bespoke people and culture solutions for small and growing businesses. We work with clients across the UK and deliver everything from one-off projects to fully outsourced HR services.
The team is led by Kelly Rhodes who served as a British Army Officer for eight years before running global people projects in FTSE 100 firms. Kelly has managed crisis situations in Afghanistan, designed a global hybrid working framework for a multinational bank, executed well-being strategy in 5 regions, partnered with leaders on mental health and D&I initiatives, and is experienced in managing and investigating whistleblowing and grievance cases.
